Job Description:


  • Greet all who enter the office, including church members and the public, and help them to have a pleasant visit.
  • Confidentiality is a must in all situations
  • Receive phone calls; take messages and direct them to the proper people
  • Pick up mail and direct to the proper people, also prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
  • Check email and keep church computer up-to-date
  • Keep files in the church office up-to-date so that they may be readily usable by the church leadership
  • Have a basic understanding on how to use Canva, Word, and other technology
  • Prepare weekly bulletins using Canva
  • All other duties as assigned by pastoral staff
